Denver’s starting offensive line quintet has been a stable force over the first nine games of the season. They’ve played all but five snaps together, two that right tackle Mike McGlinchey missed against Miami and three center Lloyd Cushenberry missed Monday night at Buffalo.Heading into a prime time game against Minnesota, though, the run of consistency is in some jeopardy.Starting left guard Ben Powers (foot) missed practice Thursday and hasn’t done any work so far this week. He stretched on his own early during the portion of practice open to reporters, then went into the Broncos’ weight room building.“It was something from the game and we’ll see how he goes tomorrow,” Payton said. “We’ll see where he’s at.”Denver still has time remaining in the week. Payton said the team treated Thursday’s practice like a Wednesday session and will have a heavier-than-normal Saturday slate due to the short week of preparation. It’s possible, as Payton alluded, he’ll feel good enough Friday t...Jamal Murray traveling with Nuggets on road trip, but injury timeline remains unclear

Jamal Murray is traveling with the Nuggets on their upcoming road trip, coach Michael Malone told reporters in Denver on Thursday, but it remains unclear exactly when the starting point guard will be back from his hamstring injury.Denver is embarking on a season-long five-game road stand that will include a pair of in-season tournament games. The Nuggets (9-2) face the Pelicans on Friday in New Orleans. It will be the team’s third game of the tournament’s group stage and second without Murray.Murray sustained a right hamstring strain Nov. 4 during a home win against the Chicago Bulls. He has missed four full games, three of which the Nuggets won with Reggie Jackson starting at point guard.“I know from all the reports I’m getting he’s really working hard to get back and making positive strides,” Malone told reporters Thursday. R&B singer Cassie has filed a shocking lawsuit against her ex-partner Sean "Diddy" Combs in New York federal court on Thursday. According to the New York Times, Cassie's lawsuit accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of subjecting her to years of rape and abuse. “After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” Ventura said in a statement obtained by CNN. “With the expiration of New York’s Adult Survivors Act fast approaching, it became clear that this was an opportunity to speak up about the trauma I have experienced and that I will be recovering from for the rest of my life.”Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, said she met Combs in 2005 when she was just 19 years old.
